With over 22 years of experience in the technology industry, Bhardwaj Naik is widely recognized for building high-growth businesses, establishing strong CXO relationships, and delivering consistent revenue acceleration across diverse markets. He joins Videonetics after a highly successful tenure at leading companies such as Arista Networks, Cisco Systems, Orange Business Services, and Reliance Communications.

At Arista Networks, Bhardwaj was instrumental in building & scaling the India and SAARC business & teams, establishing the company’s presence across government, service providers, enterprise, and cloud verticals. His leadership helped Arista execute a successful Make-in-India strategy, strengthening both manufacturing and go-to-market capabilities. Prior to Arista, he played a transformative role at Cisco Systems, where he led one of the most decorated technical teams and worked closely with C-level executives of India’s largest service providers.
