Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support our sales organization with bid management, documentation, CRM management, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with inside sales, field sales, and channel partners to ensure smooth execution of large government and enterprise opportunities, timely submissions, and seamless sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Bid & Documentation Management

  • Support bid management for large tenders, including documentation, proposal preparation, and timely submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, system integrators, and channel partners for bid requirements.
  • Maintain an organized repository of tender documents, approvals, and submissions.

Sales Operations & CRM Management

  • Manage and maintain Zoho CRM — ensure data accuracy, lead tracking, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Generate and share regular MIS reports, dashboards, and performance insights with sales leadership.
  • Support automation and process improvements within CRM to enhance productivity.

Sales Coordination & Communication

  • Facilitate communication between inside sales, field sales, and partner ecosystem.
  • Assist in order processing, quotation management, and follow-ups with partners/customers.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, and logistics teams for approvals and documentation flow.

Sales Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze sales trends, funnel metrics, and forecast data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain key sales performance dashboards and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, bid management, or sales coordination roles (preferably in IT / tech / system integration industry).
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in government or large enterprise tendering processes.
    • Familiarity with MIS reporting tools
